Please be advised that once order has been shipped and in the care of USPS we are not responsible for the order as it is in USPS care.
All ordered require a 3 day processing time and 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
Delivery delays
Pristine Beauty will notify the Customer of any delays that may affect the expected delivery date.
No refunds
All sales are final. Most products may be exchanged if the products has not been used.
Customer pickup
Upon receipt of payment, Pristine Beauty will make the goods available for pick-up by the Customer.
